Are you a creative marketing and design professional looking to bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling? We’re recruiting a Marketing Officer – Design on behalf of our client in the higher education sector, to lead the production of high-quality marketing materials (print and digital) that reflect the creativity and excitement of a vibrant arts-based institution.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of brand-aligned marketing collateral, liaise with internal stakeholders and external creatives, and deliver engaging campaigns that capture the spirit of a dynamic educational community. From brochures and festival programmes to social media graphics and digital assets, your work will help shape how the world sees us.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead the design and production of digital and print marketing materials
Safeguard brand identity and ensure consistent visual standards across channels
Collaborate with academic departments, students, and external creatives
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and third-party suppliers
Keep up with design trends and implement best practices across the team
Create and maintain templates, guides, and institutional resources

We’re looking for someone with:

Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
A flair for typography, layout, and adapting design across platforms
Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work to tight deadlines
A keen eye for detail, creativity, and quality
