The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering the Chartwells Universities & Colleges Proposition to drive profitable revenue growth through participation and MAP2 growth, supporting sales and retention pipelines.
This involves creating measurable activation plans focusing on key categories such as lunch, hot beverages, and food to go, to increase participation, spend, and frequency via apps, kiosks, and tills.
The role requires engaging with stakeholders, utilizing market and internal insights, and aligning activities with internal protocols and objectives.
