Overall Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering the Chartwells Universities & Colleges Proposition to drive profitable revenue growth through participation and MAP2 growth, supporting sales and retention pipelines.
This will be achieved through creating measurable activation plans focusing on key categories such as lunch, hot beverages, and food to go, increasing participation, spend, and frequency via apps, kiosks, and tills.
The role involves engaging with stakeholders, ensuring activity aligns with insights and business objectives, and maintaining clear communication on priorities and progress.
Key responsibilities include:
Additional duties cover food development, insight gathering, brand standards maintenance, student engagement, community marketing, and supporting sales efforts.
