Purpose of the role & how you will contribute:

You will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the NFU's professional services (specifically NFU Employment Service). You will have proven knowledge and experience in marketing and communications techniques in a similar level role; experience in delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns including direct mail, advertising, digital, social media, PR and events; in addition to proven ability in data analysis and market segmentation.

What you'll bring:

As an experienced marketing professional, you will help drive our professional services forward. You will have experience of data analysis, segmentation and campaign planning to increase awareness and generate sales from both NFU and non-NFU members to increase income for the organisation from non-subscription sources. Experience of successfully marketing goods and/or services within a commercial organisation is an advantage.

Every day, we're the voice of around 44,000 British farmers and growers who produce food, making sure their concerns are heard at the heart of government both online and locally. This means developing strong relationships with everyone from NFU colleagues to government ministers. This role sits within the biggest department in the NFU. There are a plethora of roles that cover multiple disciplines including sales, customer service, legal advice, administration and so much more.
