Complyfirst is carving a path in AI-powered compliance reporting. We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to shape the marketing plan with the CEO and own its execution across content, LinkedIn, SEO, GEO, webinars, and lead generation to fuel our sales pipeline.
This hands-on role requires building AI-powered systems to scale marketing, writing copy, and collaborating with an in-house designer. You’ll thrive using Claude/ChatGPT daily and learn fast as AI reshapes marketing in financial services.
Complyfirst is an AI-powered reporting automation platform for compliance teams in financial services. We remove 80% of manual reporting work so teams can focus on reviewing, not doing. Use cases include regulatory reporting, suspicious activity reporting, fraud reporting and more. Our founders are a former Head of Compliance and CTO who lived the problem firsthand. Our clients include SumUp, TrueLayer, LemFi, Decta and Zing. We grew almost 6x last year and are building the team to match.
We're hiring a Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll shape the marketing plan with the CEO and own its execution end to end: content, LinkedIn, SEO and GEO, webinars, and the lead generation that feeds our sales team.
This is a hands-on role. You'll write, ship and measure the work yourself, working with our in-house designer and building simple, AI-powered systems so we can do more marketing with less effort.
You'll also need to be genuinely fluent in technology and AI. You'll use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT every day to research, draft, repurpose and analyse faster, and you'll be confident building simple automations and workflows that take repetitive work off your plate. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should pick up new tools quickly and stay curious about how AI is changing marketing.
One thing worth knowing: our buyers are Heads of Compliance, MLROs and risk leaders at banks and fintechs. They're sceptical, time-poor, and buy on trust and expertise. We need marketing that earns their attention.
