Marketing Manager – Marketing & Communications

Location: UK-based (Global coverage: UK, US, Australia)

Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners is a specialist investment manager focused on investing in energy transition infrastructure, and this role offers the chance to contribute directly to raising the profile of its investment strategies globally.

The Role

Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners (Quinbrook) and Private Energy Partners (PEP) are seeking a Marketing Manager to support our expanding global marketing and communications program. This is a mid-level opportunity ideal for a marketing professional with foundational experience in investment marketing, who is ready to step into a broader role across brand, communications, digital, and content.

This role spans multiple marketing specialisms and offers exposure to the UK, US, and Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Strategic Marketing
  • Support development and implementation of brand and marketing strategy across Quinbrook and PEP.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with external creative partners to maintain brand integrity and visual quality.
  • Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
  • Assist in the creation of thought leadership materials, whitepapers, case studies, and market commentary.
  • Support writing and editing for web, investor materials, presentations, and executive communications.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to shape impactful narratives on decarbonisation and energy transition themes.
  • Digital Marketing & Web Management
  • Maintain and update content across multiple websites (Quinbrook, PEP, and portfolio companies).
  • Contribute to digital asset development including video, webinars, podcasts, and email campaigns.
  • Manage internal intranet content updates and approvals.
  • Events & Campaign Execution
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for investor events, conferences, and firm-hosted functions.
  • Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting institutional investors and partners.
  • Internal & External Communications
  • Assist in the planning and rollout of internal communications initiatives.
  • Support external PR activity and social media presence in alignment with firm strategy and compliance standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with Sales and Investor Relations teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agency partners to deliver on-brand, timely marketing deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • Degree qualified in marketing, communications, business or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in financial services or private markets.
  • Exposure to regulated environments and understanding of compliance in marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel essential).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, and WordPress is preferred.
