Title: Marketing Manager
Location: London (On Site)
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and the General Manager to plan and maintain the brand identity through strategic planning and activation. Responsibilities include executing activities to support Shanghai Me London, managing events, overseeing social media and digital campaigns, and coordinating with various teams and external agencies. The role requires organization, flexibility, creativity, and a strong understanding of the F&B and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create content briefs for marketing activations.
- Develop and propose a localized marketing calendar.
- Support the execution of restaurant activations and events, taking full ownership and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Assist in private dining events, coordinating resources and maintaining communication.
- Create and oversee a social media calendar with a local approach.
- Manage digital campaigns to increase awareness and build brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with brand and operations teams to meet business needs.
- Develop brand collateral and maintain consistent tone of voice across platforms.
- Respond to guest messages across platforms.
- Manage relationships with graphic designers, PR, and digital marketing agencies.
- Maintain records of challenges and achievements through monthly reports.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
- Coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots.
- Prepare monthly reports including social media, PR, and digital marketing metrics.
- Bring 4-5 years of experience in brand/marketing, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Proficiency in the local language and understanding of London's F&B scene.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, be well-organized, creative, and positive.
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, with an eye for quality and detail.
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, events management, budgeting, and overseeing external agencies.
- Educational background in marketing is preferred.
- Excellent social media skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Canva.
