You will gather authentic stories from residents and families, and lead outreach with local charities and schools. You will drive occupancy through targeted campaigns, manage budgets, and report ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead digital visibility initiatives (SEO & AI search).
• Experience creating educational, trust-building content for audiences.
• Ability to capture authentic stories through multimedia content.
• Ability to Analyze ROI and inform budget decisions.
• Comfort working independently as a sole marketing specialist.
