Job summary

Booker is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Foodservice Marketing team, shape customer communications and drive engagement across catering and small business customers.

You will oversee the marketing plan delivery, manage a talented team and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to commercial objectives, with responsibilities spanning channels and promotions.

Working closely with teams across the business, you'll oversee the delivery of the marketing plan, manage a talented team, and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on time and aligned to our commercial objectives.

About the role

You will be responsible for

• Leading the day to day running of the Foodservice Marketing team


• Managing the delivery of customer communications across multiple channels


• Overseeing the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activity


• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Category, Sales, Trade Planning and Operations


• Monitoring campaign performance and using insight to drive continuous improvement


• Ensuring marketing activity is delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with brand standards


• Supporting the Head of Marketing Foodservice and deputising when required

You will need

• Experience in marketing, communications or campaign management


• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• A commercial mindset with a strong focus on customers and results


• Experience using data and insights to improve marketing performance


• Previous people management experience would be advantageous


• Foodservice sector experience and/or a CIM qualification would be beneficial
