Job summary

Booker is seeking a Lead Supply Chain Analytics Manager to shape the future of its supply chain through data, technology and insight. You will lead analysts and supply chain specialists, building capability and delivering transformation that improves availability, reduces waste and optimises stock investment.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Technology and Logistics to turn strategic opportunities into practical, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Supply Chain, Retail, Wholesale, FMCG or Logistics.
• Experience leading teams and developing people.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, ordering, replenishment, inventory management, availability and Supply Chain planning.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale business transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience developing strategy and translating plans into execution.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience with Supply Chain systems ownership and/or planning system implementation.
• Experience in forecasting and replenishment transformation, inventory optimisation, network design or capacity planning.
• Advanced data analysis experience using SQL, R or Python.

• Defining requirements for future planning, forecasting and replenishment systems.

• Leading the implementation and optimisation of Supply Chain planning technologies and new ways of working.
• Championing automation, AI, advanced analytics and decision-engine capability where appropriate.
• Leading the analytical agenda across strategic Supply Chain initiatives and turning complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Quantifying opportunities, measuring delivered value and providing insights that drive action and operational improvement.

You will need
