Job summary

Booker Group in Eccles is hiring a Central Billing Administrator to join the Central Billing team at the Eccles Support Centre. You will provide professional administrative service handling customer and supplier accounts, data entry in SAP and Excel, and strive for accuracy.

You will liaise with over 100 suppliers and customers daily, resolve invoice queries, support GDPR-compliant data handling, and work as a proactive, collaborative team member.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills via phone and email.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and customers on a daily basis.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions for suppliers and customers.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and basic Excel for spreadsheet maintenance.
• Previous accounts experience is desirable for supplier statement reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Due to an internal restructure, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Central Billing Administrator to join the Central Billing team within our Eccles Support Centre.

Working within a small team you will be responsible for the provision of a professional administration service in the Central Billing department and to customers and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities

• The accurate and timely input of customer account details onto the system (Using SAP and Excel)


• Communicatingeffectively with over 100 suppliers by phone and email, informing Suppliers of Customer Requirements.


• Liaisingwith Customers, providing excellent Customer Service and queryresolution.


• Dealing with Invoice queriesand reconciliation.


• Utilising attention to detail to work in an environment where data integrity, GDPR and accuracy is vital.


• Working in a proactive way, supporting the team as a key member.


• Liaise with internal colleagues/Stakeholders from a variety of departments.

You will need

• Great Customer Service skills, both via phone and email.


• Strong communication skills, as you will be dealing with Suppliers and Customers on a daily basis.


• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions when required to both Suppliers and Customers.


• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and basic Excel is required, as work will involve maintaining spreadsheets.


• Previous Accounts experience is desirable, due to reconciliation of supplier statements.
