Job summary

Blue Arrow is hiring a Marketing Manager in Kent, 100% office based, to lead the Marketing Department and drive multi-brand campaigns. The successful candidate will manage a high-performing team, coordinate product launches, and oversee creative direction, copywriting, and artwork reviews.

You will produce marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign, lead SEO and website management, and build strong supplier relationships while maintaining budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Marketing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign for marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing activities across multiple brands and maintain brand consistency.
• Lead new product and brochure launches including copywriting and design direction.
• Produce marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign (brochures, catalogues, ads).
• Lead SEO strategy and website management to keep content current.
• Drive campaigns from conception to completion with clear communication.
