Job summary

Blue Arrow is seeking a Marketing & Graphic Design Executive in Langley to join our team. This hands-on role blends graphic design, website updates and product marketing to present our brand consistently across all channels.

You will design brochures, digital ads and POS materials, manage product literature, liaise with printers and web developers, and support campaigns with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design brochures, flyers, leaflets, ads and promotional literature.
  • Create artwork for billboards and large-format campaigns.
  • Design digital advertising and promotional graphics.
  • Produce point-of-sale materials and showroom displays.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets.
  • Prepare artwork for professional print production.
  • Adapt and resize existing creative for different platforms and formats.
  • Manage day-to-day website updates and content.
  • Upload new products, product ranges and specifications.
  • Update product descriptions, imagery and downloadable documents.
  • Liaise with external web developers where required.
  • Regularly review website performance and content quality.
  • Create and maintain technical specification sheets.
  • Produce dimensional drawings and technical product information.
  • Generate downloadable PDF product documents.
  • Update technical literature as product specifications change.
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain an organised library of marketing assets and technical documentation.
  • Produce launch materials and product support documents.
  • Assist with production and updating of brochures and catalogues.
  • Update product information, pricing and imagery.
  • Liaise with printers, photographers and external suppliers.
  • Proofread all artwork and documentation before publication.
  • Create bespoke brochures for specific product categories and customer groups.

Marketing & Graphic Design Executive

Location: Langley, Berkshire

Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based

About the Role

We are a growing and innovative product-led business seeking a talented Marketing & Graphic Design Executive to join our team.

This is a varied and hands-on role that combines graphic design, website management, product marketing and general marketing support. You will play a key role in ensuring our products and brand are presented consistently and professionally across all customer touchpoints.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating marketing materials, managing projects from concept through to completion, and working across a broad range of marketing activities rather than solely managing external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative
  • Design and produce brochures, flyers, leaflets, advertisements and promotional literature.
  • Create artwork for billboards, large-format advertising and outdoor campaigns.
  • Design digital advertising and promotional graphics.
  • Produce point-of-sale materials and showroom displays.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets.
  • Prepare artwork for professional print production.

Website Management
  • Manage day-to-day website updates and content.

Technical & Product Literature

Product Photography & Imagery
  • Coordinate product photography requirements.
  • Edit, crop and prepare images for web and print.
  • Maintain an organised image database.
  • Ensure consistent presentation of products across all channels.
Marketing Support
  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Create customer email campaigns and marketing communications.
  • Produce sales presentations and supporting materials.
  • Support exhibitions, showroom events and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with agencies and suppliers when required.
  • Contribute ideas to increase brand awareness and market presence.
Skills & Experience
Essential
  • Strong graphic design skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience producing print-ready artwork.
  • Website content management experience.
  • Experience creating brochures, catalogues and technical literature.
  • Strong image editing skills for both print and digital use.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Desirable
  • Experience within bathrooms, interiors, construction, manufacturing, architectural products or another product-led industry.
  • Experience supporting product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and digital marketing platforms.
