About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a 12 month FTC to execute comprehensive marketing plans, blending Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies with proposition development to support business growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Develop and manage ABM strategies, tailoring content to target specific audiences.
  • Create and optimize marketing materials for events, social media (including LinkedIn), and paid advertising.
  • Partner with teams to support consultancy services through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance and refine approaches for maximum impact.
  • Contribute to proposition development and process improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consultancy or professional services.
  • Expertise in ABM, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Practical knowledge of LinkedIn, paid advertising, and digital marketing tools.
  • A "can-do" attitude and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
