We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing events, and creating compelling copy. This position reports to the aVP EMEA Marketing and is based in the UKI (London) region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Create engaging and persuasive copy for marketing collateral, including website content, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements.
• Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, including venue selection, logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and post-event analysis and monitoring of follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and events.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing strategy, copywriting, and event management.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective marketing initiatives.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of successful marketing campaigns and event management.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing strategy development, including market research, target audience segmentation, and campaign planning.
• Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content across various marketing channels.
• Proficiency in event management, including planning, logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
• Previous experience in the UKI market is preferred.
