Marketing Manager

Location: Stevenage (hybrid)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP50,000

How you'll support our purpose:

We're looking for an exceptional, driven Marketing Manager with digital expertise and broad brand and campaign experience to own our key client relationships. Your role will involve guiding, challenging, and driving impactful strategies that benefit the bottom line, not just managing delivery.

What you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis:
  1. Own the digital strategy in collaboration with the M&S Travel Money marketing team, aligning plans with commercial goals to drive measurable growth.

  2. Monitor and report on performance across all digital and marketing campaigns, focusing on KPIs and revenue impact.

  3. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain market leaders.

  4. Lead SEO, PPC, PR, and CRO efforts, managing agency support and internal resources to meet KPIs and strategic goals.

  5. Map and optimize the digital customer journey, working with the Digital Customer Experience Manager to enhance conversions and reduce friction.

  6. Maximize value from agency and partner relationships, holding them accountable for performance and high-impact outputs.

  7. Identify opportunities for online and offline improvements, gaps, and digital innovation.

  8. Manage the CMS and content lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, high-quality digital presence.

What we're looking for from you:

  • A multitasker who manages multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 5 years of digital marketing experience with accountability for strategy success.
  • Experience with various marketing channels and tools such as SEO, PPC, PR, and CRO.
  • A proven track record in managing joint marketing activities, ideally in retail, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and scope.
