n8 Talent is recruiting a Marketing Manager for a B2B SaaS and professional services firm in Milton Keynes. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and will manage two marketing professionals, with a focus on executing the marketing plan and delivering demand generation.

Marketing Manager - B2B tech services (SaaS and professional services)

Lead Generation | Demand Gen | Revenue

3 days per week in Milton Keynes

£54,000 - £60,000 plus company bonus and strong overall benefits

We've exclusively partnered with a SaaS services business based in Milton Keynes, as they seek their new Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

The business is compact and highly effective... around 40 people in total, currently scaling right across their GTM function, with the introduction of multiple commercial hires. They're established, and have been in operation over a decade... with a strong and reliable customer list, including multiple very large household brand names.

This particular role will manage and execute the strategic marketing planning, and will manage two marketing professionals below it. It's essential that candidates are coming from a strong B2B background, ideally from within services or SaaS if possible.

For this role, these are the core skills and the ones which will be the basis of candidacy:

• Experience working directly on Paid Media, SEO, GEO... numbers and figures! (essential)
• Lead generative - we're looking for someone comfortable working with revenue in mind
• Marketing plan execution - not strategy development, but working very closely with the Head of Marketing.
• Delivery of marketing roadmap and campaign execution.
• Oversee demand generation and content marketing
• Management of awards, & events/exhibitions (with support from the team)
• You'll work really closely with sales, product and client services
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, Semrush, Sprout Social, and Zapier... all very highly valued!

We're looking for someone with a very keen eye for detail... commercially minded and able to take ownership of marketing operations for a busy and reactive marketing function operating in the B2B SaaS, professional services space.
