Are you a commercially savvy Product Marketing expert with a passion for innovation, consumer-led thinking, and delivering brand success across international markets? We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of some of the most loved brands in our Home (Russell Hobbs & PowerXL) or Personal Care (Remington) portfolios.

As Marketing Manager for the International Region, you'll be at the heart of regional marketing - driving strategic coordination, translating global brand vision into locally relevant execution, and supporting the launch of innovative new products across multiple markets. With a strong FMCG or Consumer Durables grounding, you'll thrive in navigating complex product portfolios and influencing across diverse countries and stakeholders.

The Role

In this role, you will champion marketing excellence across the international region, aligning closely with global teams and local markets to ensure seamless integration of our brand and product strategies. From developing go-to-market business cases and supporting new product launches to driving product lifecycle management and leading regional market analysis, you'll bring structure, insight, and innovation to every touchpoint.

You’ll lead the coordination of product roadmaps, ensuring timely execution of new product introductions and range reviews that are grounded in data and commercial reality. Your ability to gather and interpret consumer insights, competitor intelligence, and category trends will directly impact strategic decisions and portfolio success. Working across B2B and D2C channels, you'll support channel-specific execution while ensuring brand consistency and relevance at every level.

About you

We are looking for a commercially driven product marketing professional with at least 7 years’ experience in brand and product marketing, ideally within the FMCG or small domestic appliances (SDA) sector. You’ll be passionate about creating consumer-relevant propositions and bringing products to market with purpose and impact.

You will have a proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept development and go-to-market planning, through to launch execution, product performance analysis, and end-of-life planning. Experience in coordinating complex, multi-category portfolios across multiple countries or regions is essential, along with the ability to align global strategy with regional commercial needs.

You’ll bring a strong understanding of competitive market analysis and consumer insights, using data to shape your thinking and inform key business decisions. You are comfortable navigating data, identifying trends, and translating insight into compelling strategies and solutions.

You will have hands-on experience in channel management, supporting execution across both B2B and D2C channels, and a clear understanding of how to deliver relevant content, campaigns, and experiences that resonate in-market.

We’re looking for someone who is digitally aware, with a good grasp of how digital, content, and social media marketing can support broader brand building goals. You will have managed or supported integrated marketing campaigns across multiple media channels, and you’re confident working alongside creative, digital, and media partners.

You’ll be naturally curious and solution-oriented, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by change, growth, and the opportunity to shape marketing best practice across diverse markets. A strong team player and influencer, you’ll be skilled at working cross-functionally and building trusted relationships at all levels of the business.
