Join us at Boxcar Group and The Italian Greyhound as our new Marketing Manager, and become the creative force behind two exciting hospitality brands. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, strategic, and inspired marketer to lead marketing initiatives that drive visibility, guest engagement, and brand growth across our dynamic groups.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that reflect the values, energy, and individuality of our brands. You’ll collaborate closely across our teams to craft campaigns that delight guests, attract new audiences, and turn first-time visitors into loyal regulars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and deliver multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our audiences and meet business objectives.
  • Manage the planning and performance of marketing campaigns — from wine tastings to seasonal activations — ensuring every detail is covered.
  • Champion customer acquisition and retention across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Lead campaign analysis, budget management, and ROI optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Content to ensure every post, promo, and piece of print reflects our tone, style, and standards.
  • Use insights, feedback, and market trends to fuel constant innovation and improvement.
