Contract: Full-time

The Company

Unlock your potential as a Marketing Manager with a world-class app growth consultancy in the heart of London.

The mobile app industry continues to grow rapidly, and at the centre of this sits a consultancy helping some of the world's leading brands launch, grow and succeed in the global app marketplace.

Based in vibrant Farringdon, this award-winning agency works with household names across entertainment, retail, health and technology.

The Marketing Manager Role

As Marketing Manager, you'll play an important role in building the company's brand, generating leads and supporting its continued growth.

You'll work across content, SEO, digital marketing, analytics and campaigns, taking ownership of projects from idea through to delivery. This is a hands‑on role where curiosity, initiative and a genuine passion for digital and technology are just as important as technical marketing skills.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and events
  • Creating and managing content including thought leadership articles, case studies, newsletters and social assets
  • Developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic performance
  • Using analytics and performance data to measure campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Managing website content and optimisation through platforms such as Webflow
  • Using SEO tools such as SEMrush to monitor performance, research opportunities and support optimisation
  • Exploring and applying AI and AI Search optimisation within content and digital marketing
  • Supporting HubSpot for CRM workflows, marketing automation and reporting
  • Managing and developing strategic partner relationships
  • Supporting the New Business team with targeted content and sales enablement materials
  • Helping coordinate industry events, partnerships and other brand‑building initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with the wider marketing and commercial teams
Here’s what you’ll need:
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within an agency, digital, PR, technology or SaaS environment
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, content, analytics and digital marketing
  • Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, GA4 or similar platforms
  • Experience with website/content management platforms such as Webflow
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to create clear, engaging and relevant content
  • An understanding of AI, AI Search and emerging digital technologies
  • A genuine passion for digital and technology, with an interest in keeping up with new trends
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • A curious mindset and willingness to learn and develop
  • A proactive approach — someone who can take ownership rather than always needing direction
  • Grit, resilience and determination, particularly when things get challenging
  • Agency experience would be highly beneficial, particularly within a B2B, digital or PR agency
  • Experience working within a larger digital agency would be a plus
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organised, curious and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership of their work and keep learning as digital and technology continue to evolve. Grit, resilience and determination are important, especially when things get challenging. Agency experience, particularly within a B2B, digital or PR agency, would be highly beneficial, with experience in a larger digital agency being a plus. Most importantly, we're looking for the right attitude and personality, you don't need to tick every box if you're passionate about digital and technology, eager to learn and willing to get stuck in.

Key Perks and Benefits
  • Competitive salary of £45,000–£47,000
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the Farringdon office
  • Opportunity to work with globally recognised brands
  • Career progression within a growing consultancy and wider digital group
  • Exposure to innovative digital, mobile and AI marketing strategies
  • Collaborative and ambitious team environment
