The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing, supporting them with the planning and delivery of key national and local campaigns that drive transactions and footfall into our restaurants. You'll manage the creative process to deliver effective campaigns that support our business objectives, in close collaboration with key departments, particularly our operations and shop teams. Occasionally, you will support franchise partners to collaboratively develop campaigns for their local markets.
Campaign development and management: Lead the planning & execution of integrated marketing campaigns for menu launches, promotions and seasonal activities. Supporting the head of marketing to manage the creative development through internal teams and external agencies.
Budget management: Oversee marketing campaign budgets and ad‑hoc marketing requests, ensuring adherence to the annual budget.
Performance Analysis: Support the CRM manager to analyse campaign performance & brand metrics to optimise marketing performance. Frequent shop visits to discuss, review & improve marketing materials.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Operations, franchise and product development teams to create transaction‑driving campaigns and ensure seamless integration across marketing touchpoints, providing clear briefs and managing delivery timelines to ensure cohesive execution.
Building shop knowledge and relationships: frequent & regular shop visits to discuss, review & improve marketing materials, building strong relationships and strengthening the trust with our shops.
