Job summary

Axon Moore is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager for a growing B2B business in the data, technology and insights space. You will work with the CMO to deliver integrated campaigns across email, digital, social and content channels to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.

You will own campaigns, manage events and webinars, optimise SEO/SEM, and produce assets using Adobe InDesign. The role offers broad exposure across the full marketing mix and collaboration with sales for revenue impact.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience within data services, software, platforms or a similar technical environment.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience supporting events, roundtables and webinars.
  • Practical experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity translates into pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering and reporting on integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, social and content channels.
  • Managing industry events, partner events, roundtables and webinars.
  • Driving organic and paid visibility through SEO and SEM activity.
  • Managing campaign activity through HubSpot, including workflows, landing pages, email journeys and lead nurture programmes.
  • Building and maintaining campaign reporting dashboards.
  • Creating high-quality marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
  • Producing LinkedIn content and advertising, event collateral, pitch documents and sales materials.
  • Coordinating industry events from planning and logistics through to outreach, on-site support and follow-up.
  • Managing webinar and roundtable delivery, including speaker briefing, promotion and attendee engagement.
  • Analysing campaign performance and making data-led recommendations.
  • Working closely with sales and client-facing teams to align marketing activity with pipeline priorities.
  • Developing client case studies, testimonials and success stories.
  • Growing the company's organic social media presence, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Developing sales enablement materials including battlecards, one-pagers and proposal templates.
  • Supporting account-based marketing activity across key target accounts.
  • Managing the brand and undertaking quarterly brand reviews.
  • Supporting PR and media relations activity.
  • Managing website content, landing pages and resource centre updates.
  • Conducting competitor and market research.
  • Identifying industry news and content opportunities.
  • Maintaining HubSpot data quality, segmentation and GDPR compliance.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and freelancers.
  • Supporting marketing reporting and board-level presentation materials.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join a growing B2B business operating within the data, technology and insights space.


Working closely with the CMO and wider commercial team, you will play a key role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and pipeline growth.


This is a broad and varied opportunity for an ambitious B2B marketer who enjoys being hands-on and wants exposure across the full marketing mix. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, develop quickly and see the direct commercial impact of your work.


The Role

You will be responsible for:

Essential Experience
