Products are designed & manufactured at our headquarters in Debenham, Suffolk. Duties & Responsibilities

To help to achieve our ambitious growth targets and growing product portfolio, we are recruiting a Marketing Manager. The primary duties & responsibilities of the role will include:

• Working closely with sales managers to create, develop and implement strategy
• Managing a team of assistants and/or executives to carry out project work and marketing tasks
• Setting, maintaining and implementing planned internal and external communications, with clear CTAs
• Identifying, seeking out and approaching new opportunities and/or potential/prospective customers
• Creating, interrogating and presenting reports based on data
• Continual evaluation and optimisation of both offline and digital marketing channels
• Project and event management, including internal social events and external trade shows and seminars
• Assisting with product lifecycle management, particularly in the launch and discontinuation phases
• Helping to promote and maintain a positive brand image

Experience & Attributes

The applicant must have experience with:

• Adobe Creative Suite (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Google Business Suite – Analytics, Ads, Search Console

The candidate must have strong written & verbal communication skills and be able to manage their time effectively.

A minimum of 3 years prior experience in a marketing role is mandatory, with additional consideration given to B2B marketing and/or healthcare marketing roles.
