Are you a strategic marketing manager with a passion for digital marketing, patient engagement, and brand growth? Do you want to be part of a multi-award-winning dental practice that is expanding into a state-of-the-art 23-chair Invisalign clinic?

At ODL Dental, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and support the growth of both our existing award-winning practice and our new Invisalign-focused clinic.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all digital and offline platforms.
  • Spearhead the launch marketing strategy for our 23-chair Invisalign clinic.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Oversee the development and optimization of website content to maximize SEO, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics, implementing data-driven improvements.
  • Manage Google My Business and local SEO strategies to enhance search visibility.
  • Develop and manage patient engagement strategies through email marketing, newsletters, and targeted campaigns.
  • Utilize segmentation and automation tools to enhance patient retention and conversion rates.
  • Implement data-driven improvements to optimize email marketing performance.
  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling patient stories, testimonials, and before-and-after showcases.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes to maximize audience reach and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.

PR & Community Engagement

  • Develop relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand credibility.
  • Lead PR campaigns, press releases, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee online reputation management, ensuring timely responses to patient reviews and feedback.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyze key marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and maximize return on investment.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A marketing professional with at least 3 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, ideally within healthcare or a service-oriented industry.
  • A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or business.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
  • Exceptional content creation skills, including blogging, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Experience in managing PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and online reputation strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize marketing efforts.
