Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of Invicta Global’s marketing strategies, with a core focus on social media management, digital marketing, brand positioning, and lead generation. This role requires a strong leader capable of driving growth, building brand authority, and managing a high-performing marketing function in the dental sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team (internal or external resources).
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and performance measurement for all marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and sales teams to support business development.
- Oversee content strategy and manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Plan and implement digital campaigns aimed at boosting brand presence and audience engagement.
- Analyze digital metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Ensure consistent and professional communication across all digital channels.
- Design and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
- Develop effective funnels and nurture strategies to convert leads into customers.
- Work with the sales team to ensure lead quality and smooth handover processes.
- Track and refine lead-generation KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Oversee content creation for blogs, product materials, videos, case studies, and educational resources.
- Manage product launch campaigns, trade show presence, and promotional events.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends in the dental industry.
- Evaluate competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly performance reports for senior management.
- Use data insights to adjust strategies and improve results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry strongly preferred.
- Proven success in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics platforms.
