Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at Stryker, you will lead the team responsible for product or portfolio strategy, guide the team in market positioning, and develop strategies to maximize brand equity. You will also oversee data analysis, develop KPIs, and foster a high-performance team environment. Your role involves cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and leadership to drive business success.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the team responsible for product or portfolio strategy.
  2. Guide the team in deconstructing and extracting strategy from marketing plans.
  3. Coach team members on market positioning and competitive analysis.
  4. Share marketing intelligence with the team.
  5. Establish and oversee pricing strategies, including contract pricing.
  6. Maximize brand equity through product and portfolio structure.
  7. Demonstrate financial acumen.
  8. Develop and implement KPIs for the business.
  9. Supervise data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  10. Manage team development, including hiring, coaching, performance appraisals, and policy enforcement.
  11. Create an environment of growth and development.
  12. Ensure high-quality results through team accountability.
  13. Collaborate across functions to advance business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work within complex procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
