Marketing Manager | £40-45k |Coleraine, Northern Ireland (Full-time, Office-based)

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside one of the leading foodservice providers in the UK and Ireland to recruit a Marketing Manager to join the ambitious Marketing team and lead the marketing efforts across both B2B and B2C Markets.

The successful individual will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across the brands, connect the customer voice to business strategy, and help shape future marketing plans.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across print, digital, events, and partnerships, ensuring they're on time, on brand, and aligned with business goals.
  • Align marketing with commercial strategy working closely with Sales, Trading, Pricing, and Leadership to stay in sync with wider plans.
  • Lead internal communication running key meetings, sharing updates, and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Own and maintain customer-facing platforms ensuring product info, offers, and content are accurate, timely, and optimised.
  • Drive digital growth - lead on social, email, and platform content strategies, working with teams to improve performance and spot new opportunities.
  • Use data and insight to improve performance metrics to customer feedback, use what you learn to shape decisions and content.
  • Explore and implement AI tools finding ways to move faster, personalise more, and scale effectively.
  • Manage brand identity and creative output across campaigns, in-store displays, and new launches, ensuring consistent tone and visual presence.
  • Oversee events and partner activation's from food shows to trade events, lead planning, coordination, and delivery of standout experiences.
  • Control budgets and report on performance - tracking spend, outcomes, and ROI to ensure smart investment across activity.
  • Lead and support the marketing team - manage resourcing, run 1:1s, foster development, and build a focused, collaborative culture.

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years in a senior marketing role
  • Comfortable running campaigns, managing multiple brands, and leading a team.
  • Strong across print and digital - from content to execution.
  • Confident working with stakeholders across different departments.
  • Good commercial instincts - able to connect marketing to sales and growth.
  • Organised, structured, and outcome focused.
