Job summary

Ocho, Belfast-based, is seeking a marketing professional to build and own the company's marketing and digital presence from the ground up. This is a full-time permanent role, predominantly office-based with flexible working, and offers real input from day one within a close-knit team.

You’ll own website content, social media, digital campaigns and marketing materials, reporting to senior leadership. The role suits someone who can work independently, set direction, and drive growth from day one

Qualifications

• At least two years' professional experience in marketing, advertising or a related commercial role.
• Proven experience planning and delivering marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Hands-on experience managing company social media accounts and scheduling content.
• Experience writing and editing website content via a content management system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confident copywriting ability.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's marketing and advertising activity end to end, from strategy through to delivery.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including scheduling and content creation.
• Write and maintain website content through a content management system, including news articles, case studies and promotional material.
• Plan and deliver marketing and advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create professional written and visual marketing materials for a range of audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, website engagement and social activity, adjusting approach based on results.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions and industry events.
