Tesco UK in Welwyn Garden City is offering a graduate-style role within our Customer & Marketing team, focusing on brand strategy, customer loyalty and data-informed decision making.

You will write briefs, research competitors and help test new ideas, using data sources like Kantar and IGD to tell stories and spark insights. The role supports development and learning across Tesco benefits and flexible working options.

About the roleOur Customer team is at the heart of building trusted and valued relationships with our customers. You’ll get involved in different elements of marketing, from brand strategy to customer loyalty. Working at our Welwyn Garden City campus Our leafy, green campus is just 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Welwyn Garden City with its many shops, restaurants, pubs and sports facilities. Close to the A1, and with frequent trains running to Finsbury Park in just 20 minutes (free shuttle buses take you between the station and office), the campus is well connected to the surrounding area.
