Tesco UK is offering a 2-year graduate scheme in software engineering based at Welwyn Garden City. You will spend time in Tesco labs, learning to automate, safeguard data, and craft large systems using agile methods, with exposure to latest technologies.

The scheme includes a salary of £40,000, a start date of 6 September 2027, and opportunities to code, test, and work on scalable backend and frontend projects with mentorship and a supportive environment.

Working at our Welwyn Garden City campus Our leafy, green campus is just 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Welwyn Garden City with its many shops, restaurants, pubs and sports facilities. Close to the A1, and with frequent trains running to Finsbury Park in just 20 minutes (free shuttle buses take you between the station and office), the campus is well connected to the surrounding area.
