About The Programme

Our Marketing Graduate Programme aims to develop future Marketing leaders. You will work on developing the dairy category in the UK, collaborating with retailers and account teams. Gain hands-on experience in data analysis, consumer insights, and product launches, while building essential marketing skills. You will work on real projects and receive tailored training to build a strong foundation for your career.

Programme Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analysis of market and brand information to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop expertise on consumer needs and preferences.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your responsible brand segment.
• Contribute to portfolio performance through monitoring and recommendations.
• Collaborate on group projects to enhance teamwork skills.
• Oversee design and packaging development, ensuring collaboration with external agencies and factories.
• Support new product launches, including project management and recipe development.
• Assist in sales presentations both internally and externally.

Candidate Requirements

• Flexibility to travel for project work, with expenses covered.
