The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Prestige Marketing team, which manages brands including Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Rabanne. This is a two-year fixed-term contract where you will gain experience in the marketing function, teams, and brands, as well as understanding how these interact with the rest of the company. You will support the definition and implementation of marketing plans and key initiatives for the brand in the UK market.

What you'll get to do

1. Support the strategy and implementation of all key launch and category projects in accordance with the marketing calendar.
2. Assist in preparing and presenting bi-monthly Brand Review presentations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to include campaign analysis of past launches and brand activity.
3. Manage delivery of assets and copy for retailers and media agencies, including asset adaptations and samples for events.
4. Update key marketing documents and trackers with the latest information, such as marketing calendars, product assortment, and price lists.
5. Monitor competitor activity from an omnichannel perspective and media activity, and present analysis and findings to the marketing team.

• Experience within retail or related studies in the industry.
• Good attention to detail, initiative, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MMI, and Lefty platforms.
