Qualifications

• Marketing degree or related field preferred.
• 2 years in a junior marketing role / 1 year in a marketing executive role.
• Experience with copywriting and content management.
• Office-based role with potential home working after probation.

Responsibilities

• Primary copywriter for blogs and articles published on mfbrokers.co.uk, website copy, partnership content, advertising editorials, and campaign emails.
• Design across banners, ads, and brochures using Photoshop; assist with video editing if needed.
• Write social captions for blogs, plan reels, arrange filming schedules with broker team, and edit reels where required.
• Lead event planning and attendance, pre/during/post-show marketing, and marketing follow-up journeys.
• Plan and review newsletter content and customer lifecycle email campaigns.
• Produce SEO and YouTube content, optimize metadata, and support website SEO performance.
