Job summary

Talent Finder is recruiting a Marketing Executive in London to drive email campaigns, content creation and event support for our fast-paced client base in the UK and Europe.

You will plan and send campaigns, write copy for emails, websites and social media, update presentations and fund factsheets, and collaborate with fund managers and colleagues to meet deadlines while ensuring compliance and high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Degree required: at least a 2:2 in any field.
• Strong initiative, motivation and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Interest in financial services and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and send email marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and optimising open and click-through rates.
• Write and edit content for emails, websites, social media and marketing materials.
• Update and maintain client presentations and fund factsheets with accurate data.
• Support and promote fund manager events through emails and attendee communications.
• Collaborate with clients, fund managers and colleagues to deliver materials to deadlines.
• Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Our client is an independent distribution and marketing business working with investment managers to develop and distribute financial products to professional intermediary clients across the UK and Europe.

The Role

The role involves delivering marketing campaigns and content, supporting events and maintaining accurate marketing materials. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their marketing and events skills while contributing to the success of the wider team and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build and send email marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and optimising open and click-through rates
• Write and edit content for emails, websites, social media and marketing materials
• Update and maintain client presentations and fund factsheets, ensuring performance data and commentary are accurate and delivered on time
• Support and promote fund manager events through email invitations, social media and attendee communications
• Work with the compliance team to obtain sign-off on marketing materials
• Liaise with clients, fund managers and colleagues to gather information and deliver materials to deadlines
• Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Support ad hoc projects across the wider marketing team
