Job summary

CHEC in Fulwood, Preston is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team and deliver engaging campaigns across channels. You’ll work with the Marketing Manager to manage digital content, campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives, helping raise awareness of CHEC’s services nationwide.

Ideal candidates will have experience in marketing or communications, be proficient with CRM/HubSpot, analytics, content creation, and be confident coordinating with design teams and external suppliers in a

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing or communications.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
• Strong social media management and content creation skills.
• Experience updating websites and managing digital content.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content for best-in-class UX.
• Create engaging digital content: blogs, graphics, video.
• Monitor and report campaign performance with HubSpot Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Act as HubSpot superuser and train colleagues.
• Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Work with designers and suppliers to produce marketing collateral.
• Assist with industry events, exhibitions and conferences.
• Build relationships with partners, agencies and suppliers.
• Support budget administration and supplier payments.
• Coordinate internal communications across the business.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment marketing and employee engagement.
• Help create and deliver social media content showcasing our people and culture.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied marketing role and wants to make a real impact. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to deliver engaging campaigns, take ownership of key digital marketing activities, and help drive awareness of CHEC's services nationwide.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

• Maintaining and updating website content to ensure a best-in-class user experience.
• Supporting the creation of engaging digital content including blogs, graphics and video content.
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using HubSpot Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Acting as a HubSpot superuser and supporting colleagues with training and best practice.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Working with designers and external suppliers to produce marketing collateral.

• Building strong relationships with partners, agencies and suppliers.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing or communications role.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
