Job summary

Berkeley Group is hiring a Marketing Executive to support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing, PR and communications across the business. You’ll own tasks, take initiative and ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard.

You’ll work with internal teams and external agencies to develop tools, manage events and maintain brand consistency across channels, while coordinating with international offices and show homes. A strong eye for detail and project management is essential.

Qualifications

  • Excellent computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse information, produce reports and present insights clearly.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management, deadlines and prioritization.
  • Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality across marketing collateral.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop sales and marketing tools (brochures, presentations, ads, etc.).
  • Proofread marketing and sales collateral for accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Support planning and delivery of events, launches and community activities.
  • Assist in managing marketing suites, show homes and related materials.
  • Coordinate lifestyle, product, site and event photo shoots and manage assets.
  • Work with creative and media agencies to supply print and digital assets.
  • Assist with content planning for social media and email campaigns and monitor engagement.
  • Update development web pages and online portals with accurate information.
  • Coordinate with international offices to stock marketing collateral and information.
  • Support overseas exhibitions and events logistics and coordination.
  • Ensure invoices and purchase orders are processed timely and brand guidelines followed.

What you'll be doing

The Marketing Executive will support the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Managers in the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing, PR and communications activity across the business, taking ownership of tasks, demonstrating initiative and ensuring all campaigns and projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.

  • Working with internal teams and external agencies to develop sales and marketing tools, including brochures, presentations, adverts, factsheets, local guides, newsletters, invitations, development models, CGI’s, interactive apartment finders, promotional videos and other ad-hoc materials.
  • Proofreading of all marketing and sales collateral to ensure that all information is accurate and in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of events, including sales launches, customer engagement activities, charity initiatives, placemaking projects and community events.
  • Assisting in the management of day-to-day presentation of marketing suites to ensure that high standards are always met, including external landscaping, sales signage and show homes.
  • Supporting the installation and dressing of marketing suites and show apartments in collaboration with appointed interior designers.
  • Supporting the planning and organisation of lifestyle, product, site and event photography shoots, including scheduling, supplier liaison and the management of photography assets and archives.
  • Working with appointed creative and media agencies to develop and supply assets for print and digital advertising.
  • Assisting with planning and delivery of content on group and development social media channels and suggesting ways to increase engagement.
  • Briefing regular email campaigns to sales databases and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Managing development web pages and online portals to ensure information is accurate and up to date and working with Berkeley Group digital teams to enhance and improve.
  • Managing updates to MyHomePlus for each phase launch and working with sales teams to increase customer sign-ups.
  • Co-ordinating with the international Berkeley Group offices to ensure they are fully stocked with necessary marketing collateral and information.
  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of overseas exhibitions and events, including model logistics, event setup, promotional activity and liaison with the UK-based International Desk and overseas offices.
  • Ensuring that all departmental invoices and purchase orders are authorised and suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
  • Acting as brand guardian and advisor, supporting internal staff and suppliers in adhering to the corporate brand guidelines.
  • Assisting with any relevant awards submissions
