About The Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to help raise our profile, generate leads and showcase the exciting projects that shape communities across the UK.
This is a varied, hands-on role for an experienced all-rounder marketing professional who can confidently manage multiple priorities, work proactively with stakeholders across the business and deliver high-quality integrated marketing campaigns and assets from concept through to evaluation.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will contribute to the delivery of the marketing strategy while independently managing day-to-day marketing activities. You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of areas including highways and structures, urban design, transport and parking policy, active travel and road safety, supporting impactful campaigns and helping to identify new opportunities to promote the business.
What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver Project Centre's marketing plan, ensuring activities align with the company’s strategic objectives and business development priorities.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the marketing strategy, identifying new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.
- Plan, manage and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Take ownership of Project Centre's digital presence, including social media and website content.
- Work with internal stakeholders and the Head of Marketing to create award submissions, email campaigns, blogs, videos and other marketing content.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver Project Centre's participation in exhibitions, conferences, networking events, awards and internal events.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing marketing advice and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance using relevant metrics and analytics, producing insightful reports with recommendations for future activity.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, target audiences and new marketing opportunities.
- Manage and maintain online directories, company profiles, reviews and reputation management platforms.
- Maintain and build relationships with key suppliers, ensuring production best practice, cost efficiency, timeline management and value for money.
- Support marketing administration, including raising purchase orders, maintaining marketing budgets, coordinating suppliers and ensuring effective record keeping.
What You Will Bring
- CIM Level 3, either attained or working towards, or a recognised qualification in Digital/ Social Media, Communications, Marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrable experience using HubSpot, including marketing automation and social scheduling.
- Experience delivering successful marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels - utilising Canva or similar for asset creation and video production.
- Experience planning and coordinating corporate events, exhibitions or conferences.
- Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Experience managing website content, preferably using WordPress.
- Good understanding of SEO, PPC and digital marketing best practice.
- Experience using marketing analytics to evaluate campaign performance and produce data-driven recommendations.
- Experience using CRM, Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
