Events Marketing Executive – Life Sciences Portfolio

Our client, a leading organiser of high-profile conferences and exhibitions, is on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to support their innovative and expanding Life Sciences portfolio. This is more than just an events company – they are facilitators of industry progress, bringing together the brightest minds to inspire change and accelerate innovation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness, drive delegate registrations, and create meaningful engagement with audiences across the life sciences sector.

You’ll collaborate across teams, engage directly with partners and stakeholders, and help execute impactful digital and content strategies that support commercial goals.

• Assist with planning and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow social media presence and engagement
• Liaise with associations, media partners and sponsors to fulfil marketing deliverables
• Support lead generation efforts through CRM and email marketing
• Analyse campaign data and recommend areas for optimisation
• Attend and support on-site at events (UK and international travel may be required)

Ideal Candidate

• 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within events or B2B media
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiar with tools such as Canva, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
