3Search is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support the central management team in delivering engaging campaigns across events, digital marketing, and retailer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers hands-on experience and opportunities to collaborate with agencies and retailers, manage social media and website content, and handle print collateral while tracking ROI and footfall.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva and an understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail and troubleshooting.
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently with initiative and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn, develop and take ownership in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the centre’s annual marketing plan to drive visitor numbers and retailer performance.
• Coordinate centre events and marketing campaigns with agencies, retailers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with digital marketing, including social media, website content, and promotion of events and key retail dates.
• Manage on-site print requirements and marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and local stakeholders to promote the centre.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce reports to measure ROI and footfall.
