Job summary

Farnborough Hill is seeking a highly organised Marketing and Admissions Coordinator to support the design and delivery of campaigns, events and content. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time, with standard hours 8.30am–4.30pm and occasional events outside hours.

You will support admissions, digital marketing, events, PR, partnerships and brand, helping to strengthen recruitment and community relationships. DBS checks are standard; 25 days leave plus holidays apply.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high-quality administrative and logistical support.
• Experience collating content, drafting copy and newsletters or communications.
• Experience in event administration with standards for high-quality delivery.
• Interest in social media analytics and managing branding guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivering admissions and marketing events.
• Prepare event documentation including risk assessments.
• Distribute invitations, manage responses, and follow-up communications.
• Support content creation, newsletter drafting and social media posts.
• Assist with photography for school events and basic editing.
