Job summary

OMD’s Decisions Science team enables clients to maximize their marketing investment through rigorous analytics. Consultants manage projects, lead teams, and deliver consultative insights derived from Marketing Mix Modelling.

You will guide analytics work, shape client deliverables, and collaborate with Senior Analysts to ensure high-quality outputs that influence client strategy and media plans.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM).
• Experience leading small analytical project teams.
• Ability to create econometric models and support Analysts.
• Deliver consultative insights to influence marketing outputs.
• Coach and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead client deliveries and manage projects from start to finish.
• Distill client questions into model-ready requirements.
• Present MMM results to marketers and analytics teams.
• Identify business, marketing and media insights for clients.
• Guide and coach junior team members on projects.
