**This role will require three days a week in the office.

We are exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing electrical manufacturer as they recruit a best in class Marketing Director to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a circa £50M turnover business, that is enjoying phenomenal growth, backed by a billion pound turnover group, and with ambitions to double their turnover over the next six years.

Reporting to the UK Managing Director, the Marketing Director is responsible for the full marketing mix including product management and pricing. You will lead marketing activities across multiple channels, with a particular emphasis on digital to promote brand awareness of the product portfolio. In conjunction with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, this role will help drive a strategic marketing focus and deliver against high quality digital and physical marketing activity.

This is without doubt a marketing led business with significant investment and backing from the MD and an opportunity to build something significant in a business that is on a really exciting trajectory.

To be considered for the role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Clear track record in strategic B2B marketing leadership roles and driving commercial success.
• Integrated marketing background with a bias towards digital and experience leading product teams.
• Strategic marketer although must be a doer who is happy to roll up sleeves and get involved and be a presence across the wider business.
• Experience of working within a matrix organisation.
• It is essential you are experienced in marketing of industrial and electrical manufactured products selling into the construction sector.
• Would enjoy operating in a down to earth and very fast paced business culture.
• Strong leader and experience in leading teams.
• Well versed in managing significant marketing budgets.
