Job summary

Sagentia is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support five practice areas in a busy marketing team. The role, based in Harston with occasional UK travel to London, Epsom, and Bristol, focuses on administrative tasks to enable marketing plans and activities.

Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and capable of multitasking, with opportunity to learn and progress within the marketing function. PowerPoint and Excel proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with attention to detail.
• BPSS clearance can be facilitated by the employer, required for defence work.
• Experience in marketing in a B2B or services organisation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Marketing administration and support: manage stocks, literature, purchases, and inquiries.
• Event administration: plan and support marketing events, logistics, and ROI tracking.
• Create and edit content using PPT/Canva; assist with collateral production and distribution.
• Prepare and send email campaigns, manage contact lists, and monitor follow-ups.
• CRM data maintenance and report on marketing analytics.
