Job Title: Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator who will play a hands‑on role in bringing our brand to life across press, digital channels, industry events and integrated campaigns. Working across our three core propositions: THG Fulfil, THG Commerce and THG Studios, you will collaborate closely with the B2B marketing, creative, sales and business development teams to coordinate campaigns, write compelling copy and track engagement.

This would be the perfect role for an ambitious graduate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Write clear, engaging content for our website, blog, newsletters and LinkedIn pages. Turn client success stories and project results into interesting case studies and articles. Work with our wider teams to produce channel‑specific campaign assets including videos, photos and other graphics.

Campaign Execution: Work with the B2B Senior Marketing Managers to plan and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.

PR Support: Help draft press releases about new client wins, service updates and company milestones. Track where THG Ingenuity is mentioned in the news, keeping the team updated on press coverage and interesting industry trends. Support on drafting entries for well‑known industry awards that showcase our work and client successes.

Event Marketing: Work with the Senior Marketing Managers and THG Studios events team to plan industry events including our open days and webinars, whilst also supporting any third‑party events that THG Ingenuity has been invited to participate in.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign and event performance, working with the wider B2B marketing team to make recommendations for optimisations.

• A creative mindset, someone who enjoys concepting creative campaigns and creating digital assets.
• Great organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and stay calm while juggling multiple tasks.
• Confidence in asking questions, communicating with colleagues across different teams and speaking with external partners or journalists.
• A willingness to learn. We don’t expect you to know every marketing software tool on day one, we are looking for someone who is excited to learn and embraces feedback.
