Job description

Social network you want to login/join with:

As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the development and delivery of marketing and communication activities that promote our brand, products, and initiatives. This is a hands-on, varied role that includes content creation, social media, PR coordination, campaign support, events, and more.

You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team and collaborate with colleagues across sales, product, and operations. You’ll also liaise with external agencies and suppliers to help ensure all communications are delivered to a high standard and aligned with our brand.

Strong writing and organisational skills are key, as you’ll be creating content across channels and helping keep marketing activity on track.

To enhance work/life balance, CMP operates on a 9-day fortnight (9/10) schedule, allowing staff employees to enjoy compressed working hours and have every other Friday off.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social channels.
  • Write and edit content for a range of platforms, including blog posts, brochures, social media, emails, case studies, and internal communications.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content for social media using Hubspot, ensuring timely and consistent output.
  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and performance tracking of email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
  • Coordinate PR activities and media outreach in collaboration with our external PR agency, including press releases and editorial opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as sample boards, product collateral, and exhibition assets.
  • Help manage website content and updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics such as campaign engagement, reach, and web performance.
  • Liaise with suppliers and agencies to support delivery of campaigns and content.
  • Support the coordination of exhibitions and external events, from planning through to promotion and follow-up.
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with our tone of voice, branding, and quality standards.

We ask that you are a marketing professional with experience in marketing communications and content creation. You’ll have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is highly desirable, along with a good working knowledge of social media platforms, CMS tools, and SEO principles.

You will bring a keen attention to detail, a creative and solutions-focused approach, and a clear understanding of brand consistency across digital and print channels. Strong organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills are important, as you’ll be working closely with both internal teams and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to grow their skills across a wide range of marketing areas - from PR and social media to campaign delivery and content creation.
