Southern Hospice Group seeks a proactive marketing professional for a 9-month maternity-cover role to lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, events and media, translating priorities into audience-led activity and partnering with Brand, Digital and Creative teams.

Great marketing connects organisational priorities with the people we need to reach. This 9-month maternity-cover role will lead integrated campaigns and high-quality content that build awareness, strengthen trust and support the impact of Southern Hospice Group across our communities. You will take ownership of campaign planning and delivery across digital, print, events and media, translating priorities from Fundraising, Retail, Clinical Services, the People Team and Corporate Partnerships into audience-led marketing activity. You will balance planned campaigns with emerging organisational needs, making clear choices about where time and resource will have the greatest impact. Alongside campaign leadership, you will help shape editorial and content planning, developing compelling, accessible content that communicates our impact and supports engagement. You will work closely with Brand, Digital and Creative colleagues to ensure campaigns are joined up, consistent and effective across channels. You will be a trusted marketing partner to senior and operational stakeholders, using insight and performance data to improve activity and provide clear recommendations. You will also provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and direction to Marketing and Communications Officers and apprentices. This is a fixed-term role where pace matters.
