Help us find and tell the stories that matter.
We're looking for a creative, curious and proactive Marketing Content Executive who can bring our organisation to life through great stories, engaging content and strong visuals.
This isn't a role where you'll simply sit behind a desk waiting for content to arrive in your inbox.
We want someone who will get out into our services, build relationships with colleagues and the people we support, uncover stories worth telling and turn them into engaging content for our website, social media, newsletters, recruitment campaigns and wider marketing activity.
One day you might be interviewing a colleague about their career progression; the next, capturing photos at a community event, sharing a positive outcome for someone we support or creating content to promote a priority vacancy.
This is a varied, hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to develop their marketing career while taking ownership of our day-to-day marketing activity.
You'll help deliver our marketing strategy, taking responsibility for creating, managing and coordinating content across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Most importantly, you'll be expected to actively seek out content opportunities rather than waiting for stories to come to you.
You’ll build strong relationships across the organisation, understand what's happening within our services and turn everyday moments, achievements and outcomes into content people want to read, watch and share.
You’ll be a confident writer and natural storyteller, with a good eye for what makes interesting and engaging content.
You’ll enjoy meeting people, asking questions and helping them share their experiences. Whether that’s a colleague talking about their career or someone sharing the difference our services have made to their life.
You’ll also be organised, creative and comfortable turning ideas into a consistent programme of content across multiple channels.
Ideally, you’ll have:
Experience in social care, healthcare or another people-focused organisation would be useful, but it's not essential. What's more important is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn and ability to understand people, ask the right questions and turn what you discover into compelling content.
You’ll know you're making a difference when:
If you're creative, passionate about content, full of ideas and looking for an opportunity to grow your marketing career while making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
