A top-tier multi-strategy global investment management firm is seeking a marketing compliance officer to join its specialist team covering international activity.

This critical role will focus on financial promotions compliance on a cross-border basis, reviewing all forms of marketing communications targeting the UK and extending to EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. The primary regulations to adhere to include MiFID, COBS, CBDF, SDR/SFDR, and Anti-greenwashing. The successful candidate will build relationships with key stakeholders across Investment Services and Marketing, and provide training to business teams on marketing compliance.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years' marketing compliance experience gained in the asset management sector.
