Bucks and Berks Recruitment is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator for an office-based role in Theale, Berkshire. You will manage events, social media, communications and digital content, owning marketing activity and brand promotion.

The role involves newsletters, website content, webinars, national events, press materials, and collaboration with stakeholders. 35 hours per week with a salary of £35,000 plus benefits.

• Prior marketing, communications, events or similar experience.
• Strong social media, content creation and digital marketing skills.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading abilities.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.

• Manage newsletters and member communications.
• Oversee website content, SEO activity, and user engagement.
• Grow and manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X).
• Organise monthly webinars: promotion, speaker liaison, and post-event content.
• Coordinate national events, conferences, exhibitions, and local meetings.
• Draft press releases and marketing materials.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to increase engagement and membership.
• Secure sponsorship opportunities for publications and events.
