Job summary

Riverside Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Marketing Communications Executive to drive content across global markets and support brand awareness. You’ll create content, assist campaigns, and coordinate communications across digital and offline channels.

The role requires at least two years in a marketing/communications role, strong copywriting and editing skills, and experience with CMS, email platforms and Microsoft 365. This is a permanent, on-site position in High Wycombe.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a marketing, communications or content-focused role.
• Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills with clear communication.
• Experience supporting or delivering marketing campaigns and communications activities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing including social media, content marketing and basic SEO.
• Practical experience using content management systems, email marketing platforms and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit and proofread engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, case studies, product literature, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Assist with PR activity, including press releases, award submissions, company announcements and internal communications.
• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches and other promotional activities.
• Create, update and maintain website content using the company's content management system, applying basic SEO principles.
• Liaise with sales teams, project managers and customers to identify suitable projects for photography, case studies and other marketing opportunities.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate approvals and ensure projects progress to agreed deadlines.
• Proactively communicate progress, identify potential delays or dependencies and escalation issues when necessary.
• Support the preparation of campaign reports and other marketing performance information.

As a Marketing Communications Executive, you will help drive the marketing and communication activities across global markets, supporting brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial success.

Working as part of the marketing team, you'll create content, assist with campaigns, update marketing materials and support communications across both digital and offline channels.
